crispier bread 2 minutes & 45 seconds. again, you may want to cook a little longer for best results.
my first choice was smart ones artisan creations. it actually looks really good on the box, but i just knew this would be one of those "don't believe the picture" kind of meals, thus the hesitance! i must say, i was genuinely shocked to be proved wrong (which is a rarity on it's own ;-p)!!
doesn't that look totally delicious!?! some of you may be thinking that there is no way that will fill you up... no worries! i added weight watchers pizza pretzel thins (my favorite substitute for chips, and only 2 points) and a weight watchers chocolate pretzel blast mini bar (another fave that's perfect for that salty/sweet craving, and only 1 point) as dessert! for those of you counting points, the total meal was 9 extremely satisfying points! by the time i finished, i had also downed 24 oz of water (i tend to drink lots of water, especially if there is a straw involved, while eating).

this quickly became a new favorite meal. i seriously can not wait to have it again!! thank you my sweet, fabulous husband!
